I have extremely thin, straight, flat hair that many styles don't work with. At other salons when I choose a style and ask for advice on what will work with my hair, I have not had great outcomes. Arianne had a great understanding of my hair type and how to work with it. She fixed my hair and was so compassionate and personable. It's a relief to have salon I can go to knowing I'll be comfortable and taken care of.

Came here for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Charlie was warm and friendly, very easy to talk to and listened carefully when I explained what I wanted done. Nice that they also have New Wash available if you don’t want regular shampoo. The scalp massage during the wash was amazing, something that I feel like a lot of salons skimp out on these days, but not here! The dog is such a cutie, all in all a top notch experience.

Kat did an amazing job with my hair. She was very attentive and gave wonderful suggestions and ideas. She made me feel comfortable about an exciting big hair change. The whole salon had an amazing vibe and I adored getting cuddles from Brando the resident dog whilst waiting.

After a year of thinking about it, I finally booked in at Tooth & Nail for a full restyle after coming out. I have always hated my thin, fine hair and have never walked out of a hairdresser feeling great. On the day of my appointment, I'd had 3 meltdowns before arriving but Charlie and the team made me feel really at ease, I explained my anxiety and they were really patient and helped me talk through options to figure out what was going to work with my hair. They also encouraged me to see how it went for a week and to come back in if there was anything I wanted to change. I felt so cared for and I LOVE my new short hair. I've got so much more confidence now and went back to take it even shorter, I finally feel like me! A huge thank you to Charlie for quite literally changing my life
